Position: Executive Assistant / Program Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Reports To: VP of Strategy

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the VP of Strategy and assist the CEO. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between executive support, program management, and market research. The majority of the work can be done remotely, but the candidate should be local to the LA office and available to come in once or twice a week to assist with operational tasks; as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and coordinate CEO calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with email correspondence, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for the CEO.

Program Management:

  • Support the VP of Strategy in managing strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting progress on product development status.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales).

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Gather industry data, trends, and regulatory updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Research State and Federal product requirements (Motorcycle, Golf Cart, UTV)
  • Determine State manufacturing/distribution licensing requirements and complete application process.
  • Review active design and utility patents within the industry.

Operations & On-Site Support:

  • Be available 1-2 days per week to assist with hands-on tasks at the office.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and testing as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive support, program management, or research role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience using ERP systems (like Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Experience in the powersports, automotive, or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
