About the Technical Program Manager Position

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for delivering systems on a predictable schedule, within budget and with high quality. You will join a highly experienced, growing team, to drive and manage the definition, development, and delivery of systems for the Technology division. You will be a connector by forging strong relationships with cross functional teams and deliver results in an effective and timely manner. You will also help the team evolve by creating and refining tools and processes.

The right candidate will demonstrate a very solid understanding of technical program management and an outstanding track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful delivery of electric vehicle design and engineering programs with a clear plan to deliver on schedule, and optimize cost to stay within budget

• Utilize abilities to drive program success through both direct ownership and delegation to team members

• Develop and execute to technology product development road maps

• Effectively communicate to all program stake holders including, but not limited to, upper management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues across the company to drive program success

• Collaborate to identify and document customer requirements, and provide estimates for costs and schedules

• Understand and utilize internal project management tools and processes related to development and release through various project phases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Design / Engineering Technical Program Management experience

• BS degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related discipline

• Self-motivated individual possessing excellent communication and time management skills

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks

• Experience in complex system development in fast-growing segments like EV, ADAS/AV and Electronics Test preferred

• Experience working on integrated hardware and software projects preferred

• PMP certification preferred but not required
