About the Manufacturing Engineer position

We are looking for a hands-on and talented Manufacturing Engineer who will help us with the process design, operation and implementation of our ePowersports vehicle assembly operations. Your duties will include improving the assembly processes, maximizing profitability, reducing costs and driving efficiency. Our operations is scaling fast as we build the next generation of offroad electric motorcycles and 4x4 vehicles.

You should be a good problem solver, hands-on, with creative approach to your tasks, deeply concerned about quality and efficiency and well-versed in the latest technology trends and best practices.

Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities are:

  • Monitor and direct processes, take measurements and interpret data

  • Prepare, execute, test and upgrade systems and processes

  • Implement innovative solutions and best practices to improve production rates and quality of output

  • Organize process simulations

  • Review and estimate cost and time constraints

  • Evaluate risk and develop counter-measures

  • Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions

Process Engineer requirements are:

  • 4+ years' experience of working as a Manufacturing, Process, or Industrial Engineer or other relevant position in a light vehicle manufacturing environment or equivalent.

  • Significant experience with design and implementation of manufacturing equipment and fixtures, and automated assembly systems.

  • Some experience with process simulations and process engineering software packages

  • Excellent knowledge of process related standards, quality systems, CAD modeling, material workflow, and paper-less operations.

  • Strong technical skills, communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations

  • Strong analytical thinker with interpersonal skills, data-driven, creative, relentless focus on continuous improvement

  • BSc degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field.
