Volcon is seeking a high-energy Roadshow Sales Representative to hit the road and showcase our industry-leading electric powersports vehicles to motorsports dealerships nationwide. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys extensive travel, and excels at in-person product demonstrations.


Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Sales & Relationship Management: Engage with motorsports dealerships to drive sales, establish relationships, and expand Volcon’s dealer network.

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of Volcon electric vehicles, educating dealers and customers on features, benefits, and performance.

• Event Execution: Set up and manage demo days, ride events, and dealership activations to generate interest and close deals.

• Travel Nationwide: Operate on a 6-week road schedule followed by 2 weeks off, covering key dealership territories.

• Lead Generation & Reporting: Capture dealer interest, provide feedback on market trends, and report sales activity to the leadership team.

• Brand Representation: Embody Volcon’s brand values and ensure a premium experience for every dealer interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, dealership sales, or the powersports industry.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to tow a trailer and confidently transport vehicles.

• Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently on the road.

• Passion for powersports, electric vehicles, or outdoor adventure is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $50,000 - $60,000.
